There are two possible routes that cross each other, but the stops are not mentioned and we don't know when the bus stops if it's because of traffic or if it's because there's a stop, so we didn't get off where we wanted to! A map should be provided before taking the bus for the first time, as we don't know where the nearest stop is. The application doesn't work at all.
We loved getting on and off the bus to see the sights we really wanted to. Also going on both the blue and red tour buses were great as they covered different areas and so covered a lot more area. We also learned a lot about the history of the town.
The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't take the red line as there were hardly any buses on the road (at least we never saw one, only for the blue route)
Although we paid the full price, the red line bus did not go to the lighthouse. We also had to wait 45 minutes for the bus
Convenient to book.good way to see the city.Liked that they stopped at specific locations allowing riders the time to take pictures. One of the stops was at the train station which was near our hotel so that was convenient. Unfortunately for us the time we chose to use the bus, it started to rain shortly there after.Uncontrolable and prevented us for taking the second route of the trip.Would recommend it to others!
In addition to the above reasons (I have had to change seats to find an audio guide which was working properly) I think that the maintenance of the bus should be improved (cleanliness .... visibility through the windows...).
Excellent cultural and detailed trip...
Professional, well organized, can by tickets online
Bought tickets on line with ease. A little unorganized to actually get on the bus but okay.
quick booking, two tours in one price, good information, I would recommend it to others

It says to come 15min in advance so as not to miss the schedule, otherwise you'll be refused the visit, and in the end if you arrive 15min early you're thrown out of the queue by the person at the entrance who just tells you "here at 10am". By the time we got back at 10 a.m., we had a 20-metre queue to jump...
The aquarium is wonderful, an experience not to be missed if you pass through Genoa. It is a family place, so you will meet many families and children, and therefore, a lot of noise.
It was all great! Amazing place and experience. All went great. Well worth it.
